Helps with my diabetic pain
I'm a Type 2 diabetic who suffers from severe pain in my lower legs and feet. This product helps significantly reduce my pain, especially if I take one with, or right after, a meal. I know it is not a pain killer, but I suspect it is helping keep my blood sugar from going too crazy, which results in some relief.

Cinnamon
Just started and don't have any idea whether it is working. Needs at least three months. I have heard from others that this does work. I am back, 21Oct2017. It has been long enough. Currently I cannot tell if it is doing anything. I cannot go beyond three stars. Wish I could remember why I am taking this. I think it has to do with diabetes and also cholestrol. My last cholestrol check continues to show me stable so just maybe....just maybe this stuff is working. I know some people using it for cholestrol and they seem to believe that it works.

If your struggling with type 2 diabetes I strongly suggest this product. There is a cure for type 2 diabetes

No effect. Go for ceylon cinnamon
This did not control my sugar Better use ceylon variety of cinnamon to avoid liver damage if you planning to use cinnamon supplements for long time period. I have changed to organic ceylon cinnamon from organic india
