Not sure what the problem is but....
I have been dyeing my hair for over 35 years and I have never before had an experience of a dye NOT dyeing. Maybe that is why this was so reduced in price, I don't know if there is some shelf life that had long expired. All I know is that this black hair dye didn't even remotely color my hair black. More like a dirty brown. And that is right after dyeing it, not after many shampoos. I think I am all of 3 days too late to return. Urgh. Buyer beware.
