The power adapter is not working after couple of months, had to buy again. Nothing mentioned how to get warranty replacement while purchasing. brought 5 cameras.Camera works fine, but they are selling 2 versions, one is "full white" and another "white and black".The white and black version video is not wide compared to full white one

This review is given after few months of uses this camera is turning into unwanted direction in few minutes after used and this only use for live view perpes only don't depend on this camera for recording footage perpes.

All good about this product except 2 major negatives.Firstly it is just digital zoom and not optical zoom, as is wrongly proclaimed on the product.Secondly camera's pan tilt zoom is not from view screen but you have to find its PTZ controls and then press them for desired result, which is damn slow.In short it is just a normal cctv camera with good resolution in FHD mode. PTZ function is almost useless.

The camera keeps going offline (from the mobile app CareCam pro). The firmware was updated, router brought closer, still the same problem persists. Don't know if its a camera issue or the CareCam app issue.

The device does not respond to its features/inbuilt commands properly . The IR sensor/lights get activated automatically and continously during the day time where day light conditions are even bit poor ,including rooms , if and where room lights are not ON during day time . The compatible app is not efficient and is slow, erratic and repeatedly gets hanged most of the time. The 10 X Zoom is of very poor quality too and is same or less effective than any other PTZ cameras available in the market where optical zoom feature is not a part of. Also,the device's PTZ system can not be manouvered to angles as wide and far as mentioned in the description.It is a complete let down product.
