But that’s probably my fault (I’m new to jewelry making). I will say that for the size, I think they all have a bit of a flash to them somewhere, which I think is pretty good. I’ve been using them to make earrings and I don’t have to search for a good one, I can just grab one and trust it’s going to be decent. I think I’ve only come across one so far that didn’t have any flash in. I’m satisfied. I’m going to order larger ones from the same company and will leave a review then too.

The shimmer on them is very subtle but you can find it at the right angle (like the real stone), I am pleased these are real as that's what matters most however I was disappointed that these are 9mm not 8mm. I have a button measurer to measure beads/buttons as I work in fashion and all my other beads are 8mm except these - are barely 9mm. Looks bit odd next to all the smaller beads but this is for personal use so I will keep them but for commercial use if you plan on mixing with other beads they will be bigger.
