I tried this even though I didn't just have a baby. I haven't been pregnant since 1993. I still have a pouch from giving birth to four children. So I really debated about trying this but after researching this product I thought it was worth trying. I first want to say that it is three different pieces. I had a hard time at first knowing what piece went on what part of the body. I figured it out by looking at the pics that I have put with this review. This is a is a wonderful product. With it being 3 different pieces you can adjust it with your body type. As everyone knows not all people have the same body shape. I love how you can tighten it to what makes you feel comfortable. I have some medical issues that have made me gain a lot of weight fast. My stomach looks really bloated but I am able to tighten it on my belly so I don't look as bloated. I really love this product and I definitely would recommend it to others.

If you are reluctant to get this because it's technically marketed for pregnancy and postpartum, don't be!When I looked at the 3 pieces included in this set, I knew it would do exactly what I was looking for and after reading some reviews from others using it as a waist trainer, I knew it was worth giving a try. I've had 4 children, my oldest being 34 and my youngest is almost 23 so I'm WAAAAY beyond pregnancy and postpartum but I've had several abdominal surgeries and deal with abdominal separation, ('diastasis recti' or 'recti divarication'). This includes 3 separate pieces and you can wear 1, 2 or all 3 for different levels to give abdominal support, waist trainer/shaper and absolutely amazing back support!This is for anyone looking for waist cinching capabilities similar to a corset, in my photos I have on part 1 and part 2 and the elastic bands allow to waist cinch and give a beautiful hourglass shape. Part 3 works great for that lower pooch (fupa) and especially for the abdominal separation. It's designed to be worn with the closing in the front but I wanted to alleviate the added bulk so I turned part 3 around and used the elastic bands and I was amazed by the flattening of my lower pooch. Using it that way works similarly to the waist shapers with a flattening board. This waist trainer / shaper would not be ideal for under a tight fitting/bodycon dress but is a great alternative to corset waist training.

This belly band really helps me with my lower back pain due to my horrible posture. I really loved how it didn’t roll up at all or any steel rods included like shapers that I have ordered in the past. Exactly what I was looking for!
