Q: The dispenser is beautiful but there is strong chemical smell. Any advice on how to neutralize the odor?

On occasion, our products may be packaged too quickly after manufacturing and have a slight smell. To get rid of this, simply leave the product out of the box for 2-3 days. Q: One reviewer stated that black matte soap dispenser left a permanent black ring on their sink countertop. Is this a valid concern?

Q: will this rust if put in the shower? plan to put a custom waterproof label on it, but it will be in the shower and don't want it to leave rust marks

I have mine in the shower as well (shampoo dispenser) and although I haven't had it that long, I don't see how it could leave rust marks because there is no metal on or in it.
