The media could not be loaded.  The couch arrived ahead of schedule, and all of the pieces were contained in the box. At first, the assembly was going well until one of the legs would not screw into the bottom properly. The screw hole is off-center causing the leg to look crooked. So far, it hasn’t affected the stability; it just looks odd. When it came time to attach the arms one of the arms would not slide into place properly causing the fabric to rip. After a half an hour of trying to attach the arms, and not cause more damage to the piece, we resorted to taking the brackets off of the couch and re-attaching them - The manufacturer did not assemble the brackets in the right place. Needless to say, this was very frustrating. Although you cannot see the tear in the fabric with the arm attached, I am still not happy about the rip. Also, do not sit on the arms. The two small brackets are holding up the arms, and they are not very stable. The seat is fairly comfortable and is more on the firm side. I’m giving three stars because of the poor assembly at the manufacturer and the instability of the arms. I didn’t return the couch, because it suits our purpose for an inexpensive piece for a small sitting area on which my pets and I could sit. Please note: the cushions are located in a zipped area under the seat cushion.

They look great and feel great. I was nervous after buying because of a lot of reviews stating issues with it being cheaply made and missing pieces. I’ve purchased during the pandemic and expected delivery to be delayed but we got pushed back 2 times, it took about 20 days to receive them. Assembly was easy and they have clever packaging they put the legs and cushions inside the seat in a zip compartment for shipping. However we did have some issues with the legs, two of the legs are not simple screw on they have pegs and then require a screw. The pegs were not very easy to insert and forcing them in made us slightly crack the frame. One hole for a peg had a staple blocking the way and we had to get some pliers to remove it. So overall they are good looking and so far standing well, they are a little smaller than a regular sofa and loveseat. Good for the price!

Sofa is WONDERFUL! Anyone who complains about the quality needs to find a different price point. I have worked in furniture store management and can definitely be a furniture snob, but for what I paid I couldn't be happier. It is certainly darker in person vs. the online photo which matches accounts from other reviewers. We took a gamble ordering it because of the delivery issues I read about. Unfortunately the first shipment came without the two bolts to install the back legs, which was a real bummer because we loved it as soon as we took it out of the box. Like anything furniture, take your time when sliding the brackets together during assembly. Metal rips feaux leather, just a fact of life. But the material is cool and soft, overall it's very comfortable, and Amazon did what they needed to do to right the wrong of the botched first delivery. Five stars otherwise!

I have to admit for the price, this couch looks and feels amazing. The look and feel of the PU leather make the couch look twice as expensive than it really is and the sturdiness of the cushions provide decent back support and comfort. Aesthetically, this couch deserves 5 stars however the things that every buyer should beware of is the accuracy of parts that are delivered.Like most of the prior reviews, I have missing components of the couch as well. Yes, the cushions and legs are stored in the zipped compartment of the couch bed, but the couch legs that I received were incorrect so I ultimately had to order couch legs from a separate vendor to replace the ones that the seller had packaged with the couch. Buying this couch is a gamble. Sometimes you get it perfect and sometimes you have missing parts. That's the nature of these extremely cheap too good to be true items. This couch is well worth it if it arrives as described (which it sounds like it has in the past for some other reviewers), but chances are likely that the pieces for the couch are missing or wrong for the vast majority of buyers.

The media could not be loaded.  The couch came packed fine. No rips, tears, or impressions. I bought this in 2019 and its held up ok structurally. In 2020 the seams started to rip slightly- hid it with pillows. We got a dog and his nails scratched the faux leather material. It's now 2022 and the couch is still structurally ok, a but rickety (the legs have since become wobbley) and almost every seam has ripped. It would probably do fine in an office space or in a household without animals and kids. All in all we are looking for a replacement since it's so embarrassingly headed into disrepair.

We love the couch. Ordered one to make sure it was good and then ordered a second. It’s not a comfy sink it and take a nap kind of couch but it suits our needs in our small apartment. The second couch arrived in a damaged box and there was minor damage to one of the side panels . I went back to the listing to contact a the seller but there was no way to correspond directly with the seller. I contacted Amazon and they wanted me to return the couch. It’s just too much of a hassle to return it. I would have rated it a little better if I could resolve the issue with the seller. Over all.. it’s a cute couch for the money. I will see how it lasts over time.

Beautiful design. Looks great in my living room. Very comfortable to sit.I actually would have preferred the color that is closer to mustard yellow but what I have is more like chocolate color.There is some smell on the faux leather. I hope it goes away over time.My little son takes off the small pillows all the time and I see them on the floor always. Some mechanism to secure the pillow would be nice.

Just came in today. It took a week from the U.S to Canada. All the parts were there and it took maybe 10-15 mins to assemble. I had no trouble putting this together alone.It looks great. I don't buy overstuffed furniture so I found it comfortable. It looks great too.
