We use these thickness gauges to check paint thickness before we detail cars. For us, it is really important that they are accurate and fast to read the thickness. This brand and model earns an easy 5 star review from us. I agree with the advertising that its accuracy is with 3% which is hard to believe but true for a tool at this price point. Well done here.I also like that the unit is not too big or bulky but has a full 2 inch screen the flips to 180 degrees. Nice thick feel and a rubbery texture which offers a good grip. Also, no need to zero out as it is self calibrating. This feature works quite well and is most welcomed.Well pleased with it and would highly recommend it.
