We do a lot of things at a lot of time that goes beyond our logical self. Logic seems baseless at times. And such is LOVE. There is no parameter where we measure love. They say, there is no limit in love.They say, you don't love someone because they're perfect; you love despite the fact that they're not.Is it ?'You are my love forever' by Amit Nangia based on a contemporary storyline, falls under the romance genre and has been a good- pass- time read for me. In the settling backdrop of Shimla the story revolves around the main leads Tarun and Neha. They meet, they talk, they fall in love and it ends. No, it's not that easy. Especially, when both are coming from a painful past and own a baggage of gut - wrenching memories. Adding up to that, when life doesn't stop giving tests after test, will they survive?The plot felt quite genuine and unimaginably unique from the rest. Writing style is absolutely lucid and moreover, the narration of the past from both the ends is well depicted specially from Neha's side of the story is so skillfully written that I can't help but get hooked to the book. Now, talking about the book I need to mention two other side characters Ritu and Gaurav. To be honest, I like Ritu's character more than the leads. Her never giving up self. Her unapologetic attitude and importantly, her always- positive approach towards life even after bearing something so traumatic, has ended up making me her fan.The story started at a good ease with its necessary plot developments but Nangia put an abrupt full stop to that in the 8th chapter and after that the book got unnecessarily fast which made the pace disturbed . Now coming back to the character developments, I didn't like Neha's character in the end . The 360 degree turning in herself has irked me while reading.There are so many emotions freely flowing throughout the book that at one point I feel a bit overwhelmed. The twist is uncalled-for and the ending is a bit clichéd. If you are a cliche-lover, which I am in some particular cases, you will definitely enjoy this book over a cup of tea. Cover art could have been a bit better but nonetheless, I enjoy not being too draggy, not too stiff. I had a good time.My Ratings : 3.7/ 5P.S. the author note / morals at the end of every chapter has my whole heart 🧡

~ YOU ARE MY LOVE FOREVER"Love is the water of life"You are my love forever by @amitnangia is all about friendship,trust,past trauma,childhood,love and so much more....Whatever happens in life, no matter how troubling things might seem, do not enter the neighborhood of despair.Even when all doors remain closed, the Supreme power will open a new path only for yourself.This book made me realize how much is the childhood important.The emotional, social and physical development of young children has a direct effect on their overall development and on the adult they will become....❣ For new experience to come to light,old ones need to wither away Don't you think?...There are four characters in this book which was strongly built with well structured plot its Tarun,neha,Gaurav,rithu all studying in the same college in shimla.Tarun has some bitter past and so does neha and both their friends help them swim through the memories of the past.Both Neha and Tarun eventually like each others company and falls in love.Love is love even if it did not succeed or succeed its something very special and momentary.▪️So what happens to Neha and Tarun will they succeed?▪️Is there any further chance for a happily ever after?▪️Past is past but the wound is forever, will it be healed for the both who has suffered?...❣Everything is uncertain life is, love is, happiness is and what not...Try, not to resist the changes that come your way.And do not worry that life will turn upside down.How do you know, that the side you are used to is better than the one to come....@amitnangia has done a amazing job, I liked everything in this book.I have never visited shimla but reading this book feels like I have because it has so much essence of what shimla is.Words were wonderfully illustrated and it made me feel all the emotions happiness,pain,sollitude and love.I wish I could one day beautifully write a journal or a letter to myself like Neha did.❣
