Loved the product initially. Had a problem with the iphone connector not charging. Went to return and in contrast to most seller's return procedure on Amazon, you had to do through a customer service chat and let them work through their checklist. The time spent to discuss your return is not warranted for the price of the item, and like most cumbersome return procedures seems designed to discourage returns and have buyers give up....which it did in this case. Loved the concept of the item hope they simplify return procedure.

This is a good power pack for traveling. It charges my IPhone very quickly and It is a good size. I would buy another.

This is a great looking product unfortunately the micro USB charger does not work.

This is very easy to use and carry with you. You don't get as much battery life as you do when you plug a USB adapter into a wall and charge from there.

This fits nicely into my not-very-large handbag, so it's readily at hand when the phone is nearing the red zone. I made good use of it on a recent road trip. It does not take a long time to recharge the phone at least enough to take lots more photos before I can plug it into a wall outlet.

Takes way too long to charge my Android. I prefer HALO.
