Aug. 10, 2021 UPDATE:I’ve been taking this product for just over 3 weeks. Coming back to this review, I see the seller has pulled down the 1 bottle photo that matches my bottle (the one that shows proprietary blend, SEB, FOS, Multi, Duo listings) and instead replaced with a picture showing exactly what 11 strains are in the product. This is great, it means now everyone knows what’s in it, just like I wanted to know. Unfortunately, still NONE of that information is on the actual bottle (see my uploaded pics for proof). I have, however, decided that while this product does work okay, knowing exactly what’s in the bottle is important to me. I still don’t know how much of each of those 11 strains are in each capsule (other products have this info), so that’s still a bit of a mystery. I was prepared to come back here, update my review and say I won’t buy it again since I don’t know what is in it, but now that I do, I might buy it again. I haven’t decided just yet. It’s definitely cheaper than my typical 30 billion CFU I buy which is good.Read below for a very detailed review. If you are short on time or a frequent flier on the “TL;DR” Express that many use these days; scroll to the end of my review below for a shorter summary.If you are more analytical/inquisitive like me and want the specifics, buckle up, the ride is about to begin! ☺️1. The bottle came very quickly, the usual 2 days that Amazon is known well for.2. My 1 bottle purchase was in a simple brown padded envelope that was easy to open.Sadly, that’s where the good first impression ends. There was ONLY the bottle inside. No packing slip, receipt, or paperwork was included. That isn’t always a let down, but it was this time.I initially bought this product on a bit of a whim; it was listed at a fantastic price for a 50 billion CFU. There were almost no reviews, but I attributed that to a new seller, which isn’t always a deal breaker for me so I decided to give it a chance. My current probiotic has only 30 billion so this seemed like it might be a good one.The label on the bottle indicates the following content makeup:1 billion per capsule “proprietary blend”10 billion “ProbioticSEB Multi”20 billion “ProbioticSEB Duo”**10 billion “ProbioticSEB”**10 billion “ProbioticSEB”= 50 billion total CFU**(yes, both 10 billion SEB lines above are identical but listed separately; I’m unsure why, it’s a little weird. See pics attached to my review or the pics on the Amazon product listing if you are unsure what I mean).If I compare my bottle to the Amazon product listing itself, there are some notable differences. The Amazon listing states the following: “contains: bacillus subtilis, bacillus coagulans, bacillus clausii, lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and prebiotic FOS.” All of that sounds great, BUT, absolutely NONE of that is on the actual bottle.My bottle does not indicate specific strains (such as acidophilus or bifidobacterium for example), and I only recognize 1 of the many names provided on the Amazon listing. The bottle label does not match the product listing specs. It’s that simple. Literally only the bottle pics on the listing and my bottle pics match. I don’t have a snowballs chance in hell of matching up each “SEB” on the bottle label to the slightly more detailed info and “FOS” on the Amazon product listing, nor could I match either up to the specific strain names I was looking for. I feel a little like a 2 year old playing with blocks trying to fit a round block through a square hole. They simply don’t fit together.I’ve heavily researched a lot of strain names recently and in addition to not knowing what “SEB” stands for, I have also never heard of bacillus subtilis/coagulans/clausii, etc. nor do I know what prebiotic “FOS” stands for. I HAVE heard of “lactobacillus” but that’s not what is listed on the website.I’m used to taking probiotics/prebiotics that kinda “dumb things down” by taking out the guesswork and telling me specifically what the heck is in the capsule! I want a listing of each strain name very specifically (such as Acidophilus or Bifidobacterium Bifidum for example), and how many CFUs for each. This bottle doesn’t have that.For someone like me who suffers from chronic and very painful IBS/IBD, I really like to know the molecular makeup of products I put into my body. It is important for me to know which strains are included, how much of each, and which strains are missing. Mostly so I don’t inadvertently double up on something needlessly; or so I can buy an additional product, to get all the strains my body needs.There are so many different options for probiotics these days and they are NOT all created equal. Many have a ton of hidden fillers under the guise of “proprietary blend”…. just like this bottle label says. This manufacturer has shrouded some really important specifics under weird unexplainable “proprietary” names like “SEB/multi/duo” as if the consumer will know what this is and it explains everything. It doesn’t and I am leery.How can I shop for the strains my body needs most if I’m not even sure which ones are included vs. missing? How do I even know for sure that ANY strains are in this product? Truth is, I can’t and I don’t. These products are not regulated by the FDA in any manner so it’s a bit like flying blind. I’m very disappointed in that aspect of this brand and I haven’t even opened the bottle yet.So why did I buy this anyway if I was so uncertain of contents? Price point was a huge factor especially since I am on a restricted budget, but also I was hoping the bottle would come with an info packet, cheat sheet… something, ANYTHING that provided more details. I took a risk and at this time, I am disappointed and underwhelmed.Even feeling this disappointed, I’ve decided to keep the product and give it a shot. Who knows, maybe “SEB” is just what my body needs and it’ll turn out great. 😉 I will update my review in roughly 30 days when my bottle is gone and I have some consistent results to report.If I DON’T update in 30 days, well, I’d recommend you don’t buy it - maybe I kicked the “SEB-FOS proprietary blend” bucket, lol. 😬“TL;DR” Express: the bottle label info is extremely vague and missing some very key strain specifics. Also, what the bottle has printed vs. what is on the Amazon product listing details/specs do not match/line up. Only the pics I’ve uploaded from my bottle match the ones on the website, it’s the written specifics that don’t. I am keeping the product anyway and will update this review in roughly 30 days after trying the product.

Gel capsules easy to swallow.50 billion probiotics & prebiotics inside too. Great for gut health.Also Great price.

Wow, these are the Best Probiotics
Ive used alot of probiotics over the years. Some good some bad.Finally a Probiotic that reduces my bloating and makes me regular. I noticed a difference within 2 days however you should notice a difference within a week and try not to skip days.I would gladly pay $40+ per bottle so I am super happy at the pricing. They are shelf stable so I do not have to refrigerate.Ive also lost a couple pounds in my 1st week using but Im guessing thats just reduced water retention since I have not changed my diet at all.You definitely should buy these, you will be very happy with the results

Very pleased with purchasing this probiotic. Was having some digestive issues, but since taking this I have no issues. Also the price was right!
