Losing a loved pet is always tough, but John & Eunice from blueribbon memorials made the process of finding a memorable tombstone very easy for my family and I. They will email and call you directly after purchasing the marker. All you have to do is tell them what you want on it, and John goes to work creating a draft to present to you. If you don't like it at first or want to add some changes, they will gladly accommodate. I personally had several revisions the original draft where John made them quickly and without hesitation. Also, the quality of the final product is great for the price. The black granite looks sharp and is of solid quality.If you want to have a custom picture of your pet engraved on the marker, then you're going to want to upgrade the one you purchase. It is a little more expensive than this one but worth it. I originally purchased this one but decided to upgrade later. They made this very easy and affordable. Overall, I would highly recommend going with blueribbon memorials to do your pet marker. They are respective of your loss, personal with correspondence, quick to deliver, and offer a high quality final product.
