Bought for my husband for both cardio and weights workouts. He's very pleased with it and reports it as comfortable and also cool. Unlike many vests the armholes aren't too huge so it stays in place well through a large range of movement.

Lightweight and not too tight. I'm a medium and it fit well. Importantly when I raise my arms to shoulder press it doesn't ride up.

What you can't tell from the picture or description is that these are a tech fit. So unless you want them hugging you order the next size up.
