These diaper covers work very well and the price can't be beat. I'm a restless sleeper and these work great to keep the brief tight to my waist during the night. The slim style runs very small so I would buy one size larger than usual*. They seem quite durable as I've tossed them in the wash about 10 times so far and they've held up great, no loose stitching or stretched out elastic. A solid buy.* (edit) I bought the next larger size as the medium slim style was slightly too tight with an overnight brief and a booster pad. The jump in size from medium to large slim style is enormous so keep that in mind.(edit II) A year later with regular use and my original pair are still in great shape. These are the bargain of the century.

I’ve struggled to find a product that can prevent leakage from my disposable adult diapers. I have a size 32” (32 inch) waist and these fit me perfectly. They prevent any leakage from the leg cuff area and are VERY comfortable compared to generic or other plastic pants on Amazon or medical suppliers. They are fairly inexpensive and are of great value for the price. They are also not bulky at all and don’t bulge. I have heavy [urinary] incontinence and these have helped me avoid embarrassing leakage in public. The material they use in these is very comfortable and I have skin sensitivity disorders — which is relevant to the review because these feel more comfortable than regular underwear. They are unnoticeable depending on the bulkiness of the diaper underneath (and I wear a high capacity diaper/brief). If you are a caregiver or are able to check your own brief, I’d recommend checking slightly more frequently because the only downside is a couple times I haven’t noticed how full my brief has become and you won’t feel the urine escaping the leg barriers/cuffs of the actual brief right away, which works more in my favor of comfortability. These are a lifesaver and are AMAZING!

UPDATED. Read the whole review.I followed the suggested measuring and optimistically ordered one diaper cover. The size didn't fully cover my diaper (too short in the back/up the waist). I am on a mission to get it right, as this material appears to be the best for what I am looking for in a diaper cover. I wish the rise of the brief were about 3 inches taller to better fit over my diaper.Update: So, after reading more about the company and finding this "lengthened" diaper covers in the same size (3XL), I ordered two of the lengthened diaper covers in the smae size. They just arrived and they are completely unacceptable... too large -- even though both times I've ordered the same size. I've attached a photo of my first purchase on top of the second purchase. You can see the opening size difference in the leg for what is supposed to be the same size garment- except that the second one was "lengthened". No, it wasn't. The leg and waist openings were simply enlarged but not lengthened in the rise. Unacceptable product sizing - which is the core of the need for garment to prevent or mitigate leaking. This is sad because the garment material is ideal. AQX (manufacturer) - You had the promise of a great thing and blew it.

These cloth diapers have been a lifesaver for someone who has undergone a total colectomy and now has a jpouch, which means digestion occurs without the large intestines. This leads to less liquid absorption and more runny stools. These diapers provide a sense of security when going out in public or swimming, as they are worn over adult diapers. The sizing is accurate, and the quality is impressive—no complaints whatsoever! They are comfortable and don’t make any plastic sounds. Cleaning them is easy; they can be washed in the machine or by hand. The black color stays true even after multiple washes on a warm cycle, and they air dry quickly. I’ve purchased at least four pairs over the past few years and continue to add to our collection. The oldest pair still shows no signs of wear. We will definitely keep buying these and wholeheartedly recommend them to others!

The product is good but the fit is not too good. Although the leg area is a good fit the pants do not go up far enough in the front or back. I do not want to order a larger size because the leg area will be too big and defeat the purpose of no leakage.

This is no doubt the best pair I've bought yet.I ordered XL extra tall and the size is amazingly spot on.I have no clue what others complained about, seems like they may be larger than they think.I will be ordering more while I can get them.I ordered no cloth liner so it's a quick hand wash in the sink and towel and air dry.They're also very soft and not as hot as vinyl.So nice I ordered twice. It does its job, just not well. It will catch my leaks *sometimes* if I'm biking, and will help keep my leggings dry *sometimes*, but its so inconsistent I've just stopped bothering to even wear it over my diaper. Its easier to just be more careful about changes. The most important thing for me when choosing incontinence products is if I can trust them - I want to feel safe and comfortable and not have to worry constantly if I'm leaking or not. I do not trust this product. While the size is correct, I still leak out through the leg, which is what I bought this product to stop in the first place. It really needs leg gathers or something as a diaper would.So why give it 3 stars? Well, I think for some who might be wearing pads or pull-ups or not full on diapers this would work well. If you're not having full voids this would still probably keep you dry from a small accident or leak or just from sitting down. I also appreciate how quiet it is and even helps muffle my diaper sounds. So while it does work, it does not work well, and it just isn't the right product for me and I do not feel I got my money's worth at all.
