I’ve just charged the device and the “pulling line” is really long. Am I suppose to cut it shorter?

Now, that is interesting. Tuck in my ear. Can't see it. Maybe more stable. Can cut it too. I'll try both. Maybe. If I don't like it. I'll cut the pulling line.

How do I purchase replacement tubes for this and why don't they fit the 201 and the 201A? They take different size screw heads which makes it very d.

Dear Wanda The sound tubes link is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076KXXKD7 (right side) and https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076KNF16H (left side). They can fit 201 and 201A. But the Amazon warehouse will get the goods after 7 workdays. If you need them immediately, I can send them to you from China. We can use the fastest way, our carrier is DHL. Normally, the delivery time is 4-7 days.

can't find the email to get help with the product ??

I’m unable to find this seller’s email and the one that was given to me by an Amazon Representative well that email sent me to this particular page. And my delivery never made it to me, been waiting almost a week or so. All of a sudden I get a return label delivered from UPS for me to return the product that is now saying that I won’t receive it until February 4,2022. Can’t get it contact with the Seller so who is supposed to refund my payment back to my Amazon gift card. Below is supposed to be the sellers email address I guess ihttps://www.amazon.com/sp?_encoding=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=&isCBA=&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&orderID=&protocol=current&seller=A2E4WRAYHXRT8F&sshmPath=

what is the difference between the 201 and the 201A ?

There are some differences in appearance. Sound tube and earplugs are different, the sound tube of 201 has no directionality, the sound tube of 201A has two style(Left and right). There exist some differences in usage and feeling experience. As for the function, nearly the same.
