Mrs. Wages Kosher Dill Pickle Canning Seasoning Mix, 6.5 Oz. Pouch (Pack of 4)

I have been canning for decades and have tried every dill pickle recipe out there. These have the perfect flavor. All I need to do is add the requisite amount of "Pickle Crisp" because otherwise they are a bit soft. But the seasoning is perfect and I have not used anything else in at least thirty years. I have people who wait anxiously for my pickles every year!

This preparation is for "fast pickles" and if you're just going to make a small batch and keep them in the frig, you don't have to go thru the nonsense of processing jars. Have to be eaten in a few weeks, but they have terrific flavor and crunch, much like "half sours" from the east coast.

Using this to marinate chicken wings before baking. YUMMY

Works well with cucumbers or beans. Great taste

This is a good deal... I have to play with the recipe however... the one provided on the package is too weak. Saves a lot of money over pre-made pickle juice
