I tried this before. It takes quite a while for your stronger nails to grow out, so I really didn't think it was working. The stronger nails came after some time, but I'd quit taking the supplement. Now that it's all out of my system, my nails are weak again. This product really does work, but you have to be patient and use it consistently.

I bought these for my mom and she has used them for several months now! Her nails are no longer breaking! Her hair is fuller! Her skin Is no longer dry. I have noticed that her skin looks younger, less wrinkled and more firm!

Hair and nails did improve a little. Not sure it helps skin. Expensive. Rexal sells a biotin pill for much less money.
