A year ago I had shingles centered mostly on yhe inside of one thigh and couldn't tolerate the touch of one thigh touching the affected thigh as I tried to sleep on my side. After the attack ended I've been left with a palm sized area that has a residual tenderness that will flare up. Both during the month long shingles attack and afterwards when the post shingles tenderness flares, I use the little pillow. It has a soothing silky coolness to it so you don't experience over heating, and gives you just the right amount of 'gap' between your knees/legs without making you feel you are in an unnatural,position. I like the shape as I quickly learned how to turn over and hang onto it as I rolled from one side to the other in my sleep.

It is the perfect size for someone who is 5'1". However, it gets very warm in the middle of the night with it.

It just was too annoying, so I did not use it more than a few nights. Waste of money, for me anyway!

I wanted to replace the throw pillow that I had been using between my knees with this leg spacer, but it doesn't do the job. This one is too firm and uncomfortable for me. It actually kept me from sleeping. I'm back to my old soft throw pillow.

Most of the other knee pillows I've tried are a little too wide for my knees and they get uncomfortable unless you hold your legs just so (hard to do whie sleeping) I've even cut others down so they would work better.This one is not quite as thick so it is much more comfortable. The cover is nice though I still use a small pillowcase. The quality seems good.

The seller misrepresented this product. This is NOT a CORE product. I have had several CORE products in the past, bought through my chiropractor's office. He no longer carries any products. I bought this believing it to be the 'CLOUD CORE'. It was not, it is a company called: HERMELL Products Inc. DON'T PURCHASE THIS!!! It went FLAT within 2 weeks of nightly use. A little difficult to get used to but works. Size is more comfortable than standard. Stays put when changing from side to side.

This pillow is comfortable and is short enough that turning over is not a problem. As a petite person it fits me we'll. the only concern I have is that I wonder if it thick enough to optimize spine alignment. Maybe it is. My back is improving.
