Not enough GPU/PCIe cables
This is a hefty PSU that I bought with intentions of powering 6x GPUs in a build. Sadly it did not come with enough PCIe cables to plug in all the GPUs. Reached out to the manufacture and they would have shipped me some, if I emailed them my CC info for the charge. Something I was not comfortable doing; so I ended up moving this to a 4x GPU system and buying an EVGA PSU to power the 6x GPU system.

Missing Screws
The J screws were missing as received. Contacted the manufacturer but they said they could not supply the screws separately.

Great power supply but user manual is pathetic
The power supply is great and handles power fluctuations and over draw of power by components very well. But the user manual is horrible. There was no mention of the SENSE wire anywhere. Without connecting the SENSE wire, higher end CPUs and new gen cpus with high energy consumption cause the power supply to restart. This can only be fixed if you connect the SENSE wire which is mandatory, else the PSU thinks something is wrong and cuts power. Apart from that , power supply itself is really good.DO NOT FORGET TO CONNECT SENSE WIRE (WHICH IS A 6PIN CONNECTOR) ATTACHED TO YOUR MOTHERBOARD 24PIN CONNECTER CABLE. THIS HAS TO BE CONNECTED ON THE PSU SIDE.

Quality its defective or its spark is normal
The media could not be loaded. Quality I dont know why this spark sound happens everytime i switch on and off the psu,is it an issue or its normal but makes me afraidPerformance i dont know its ok but that spark fears me.

Best Value for Money PSU of Fully Modular Kind
Recieved my unit with slight Physical damage but I ignored as it was very minor scratch and I was desperate to complete my desktop build. However after 1 month my desktop started randomly restarting with Event 41 (kernel panic) in the Windows Event Viewer. Submitted PSU for RMA at Fortune IT who deal with Silverstone RMA in India and within 2 weeks I got my replacement unit. Happy with the entire experience. Will recommend the Brand SilverStone for their value for money products and their Excellent after sales service.

Best in class PSU
Japanese capacitors. Excellent quality. Beats well known brands like Corsair, Deepcool, Cooler master,etc in quality at this price segment. 80 plus Gold!

Computer does not turn on with this PSU.
This product doesn't work at all. I tried to replace my cooler master 750 v2 gold with this psu but this psu does not work at all. Unable to power on the computer
