Ok, so I loved the first one, maybe because it hit so close to home. Although this book it had some amazing moments, there were times that I just wanted to punch the MMC....I loved out she ended the story for this book, and I couldn't have pictured a better ending. I thought Blake was a selfish jerk. He dumps Farrah and breaks her heart. Doesn't look her up when he knows she's in the same city but claims he still loves her. Wants her back when he sees her again but basically turns it around on her and says 'How could you believe me?' She didn't believe him initially but he convinced her! She tells him everyone leaves, he yells her he's there and not leaving,then he dumps her AGAIN and gets jealous when he sees her with someone else.I also don't like how cocky he is!

I was not able to put this book down. Read it within hours. Book 1 really sets you up for this one. The author made the characters so vivid that I could see them. I cried, I laugh, and I sat on pins and needles truly love this book.Ana Huang you are so talented and rock as a writer! Thanks for taking me on the journey!!!!

If you’re all about love coming around a second time, living it up in NYC and taking your life by the reigns, this is it. Ana does it again, taking readers on a roller coaster of emotions as we cheer and hope for that HEA. Enjoy this second book in the series!

This 2nd book was a welcome end to a long and sometimes very painful love story. You could never stop rooting for Blake and Farrah through two well written and compelling stories of their journey to happiness. Thanks Ana

Okay, first things first I read this in a day.Second, I may put Blake as one of my top and most underrated Ana Huang book boyfriends.He has his issues, don’t get me wrong, but most of Anas book boyfriends do.However, he has some past PTSD, that he truly has to fight and get over to be able to move on. I think the others on his life definitely didn’t help, especially Cleo. I hated her, and I think she did Blake so dirty.I am so infatuated with all the other side characters and I love how Ana uses all their characters to interlink her books. She does it so well, and I can’t wait to read more in this series.I love Farrah and that despite everything, she was able to stand up for herself and not take it, she exhibits so much strength, and it’s admirable.Spice: 2/5Tropes:-second chance-torn family-found family-TW: Miscarriage representation

Blake is so dumb but I’m a bit like Farrah myself that’s why she holds a big place in my heart and I can’t wait to read your next novel !

These 2 books were the love story I never saw coming but absolutely needed!Highly recommend, a great summer read!

One the best story I've read so far. It was not full of just fantasies but with realistic moments. I totally loved the 1st and 2nd book equally. Now wishing to find my Blake Ryan to be his Farrah Lin. Ana, you're my favourite author and you never seise to surprise me. Please continue writing your heart out and I will always continue to read them. Love ya!!!
