Great for strength in your ankles!
I have been in PT for several years. My therapist has me using the slant board to strengthen my ankles. Since I also continue therapy at home, I purchased this board and I love it!

Grip Fails Within Weeks
I love these types of calf stretchers in general, but this particular one is no good. I've been infrequently using it for about a month and the adhesive sandpaper is starting to slip off already, totally useless for me now.

It was too wide, to big and too heavy.

Anti slip fabric doesn't last
The anti slip paper does not adhere well, even though I lightly sanded the board-it is the second set of paper I have used and it's already coming off. I have only had this for about 2 months

Non-Stick Grip wore off in under 5 minutes of use. Pathetic
What a joke...Stood on the board and literally more than 5 minutes I was sliding down because the grip tape adhesive was not holding.....

The Grip Comes Off Too Easily
They include extra grip tape, but even the replacement tape came off instantly.

Sandpaper Grip Falls Off
Don't get it the sandpaper grip falls off after 2-3 uses. I replace it with this product. https://amzn.to/3fTV9hl, Works MUCH Better.
