Q: Can you do the aluminum cups?

I haven't tried aluminum cups as of yet, but I would think that we should be able to.

Q: Can I get a copy of an instruction manual on line?

I haven't found one. Mine only came with a very simple instruction sheet; no instructions for the attachments at all.

Q: Can you use this to apply vynl to glass?

No, you would use vinyl like oracal 651 for glass. With the heat press, you use HTV vinyl.
