I bought as it claims to b low on GI. @155Rs. Very expensive for receiving sticky rice. Cant return coz opened. Grains are long as rice but after cooking big fat sticky rice. High fibre rice shouldn't be sticky. Tested sugar. Inspite of insulin use, one cup raises sugarlevels extremely basmati would be better
