Montage geht schnell und einfach-Rahmen putzen-Klettband ankleben (lässt sich auch nochmals abziehen und korrigieren falls nötig)-Netz draufFertig montiert tut das Netz was es soll - draussen halten, was nicht rein soll. Die dunkle Ausführung ist dabei verhältnismässig unauffällig, wenn auch nicht „transparent“ wie von Tesa beworben.Bei einem doppelflügeligen Fenster haben wir nur beinerne Hälfte das Netz montiert, da die andere Seite nie geöffnet wird —> im direkten Vergleich fällt auf, dass das Netz sehr viel Tageslicht schluckt!Auch das Schlafzimmer ist bei Tageslicht nach Anbringen des Netzes merklich dunkler! - Dies hatte ich nicht so stark erwartet!Das Netz selbst scheint qualitativ in Ordnung zu sein.ABER:- Durchs Falten in der Verpackung ist dieses sehr knittrig, was ein genaues und gerades Zuschneiden vor der Montage Sehr erschwert. Nach der Montage (straff angebracht) sind diese Falten dann aber gänzlich verschwunden.- Die Kanten vom Netzzuschnitt sind nicht gerade und nicht parallel zur Struktur des Netzes. Auf gut deutsch würde man sagen hier wurde „schlampig gearbeitet“.- Auch ist das Netz ca 1cm kleiner als angegeben. Im Zweifelsfall lieber eine Nummer grösser bestellen!Das mitgelieferte Schneidewerkzeug taugt leider gar nichts. Nur auf einer Seite eine Klinge. Es zerreisst das Netz leider mehr als dass es geradlinig abschneidet. Das andere Werkzeug zum Festdrücken des Netzes ist auch Nichteinhaltung und recht scharfkantig - Vorsicht ist also geboten, damit man das Netz nicht beschädigt!Insgesamt eine effektive und preiswerte Lösung, mit kleinen Qualitätsmängeln, die aber hinnehmbar sind.PS: Unterschied zwischen der Standard und der Comfort-Variante besteht laut Tesa Kundenservice in 1. Qualität des Netzes und 2. rückstandslose Entfernbarkeit der Klebestreifen. Dies ist beides bei der Standard-Variante wohl schlechter.- - - War meine Rezession hilfreich? I originally bought two of these screens in white, for a set of balcony doors. We wanted the maximum transparency and thought white would achieve that. However, the sun shining directly on them created a sort of glare which made them impossible to see through. Eventually, therefore, I replaced them with anthracite ones and they are much better. The anthracite ones are virtually invisible. Seems counter-intuitive but true.In terms of fitting, they needed cutting to size, which as to be done carefully, but otherwise fitting was straight forward and easy. The screens are fitted externally, so the attachment needs to be secure to avoid problem in windy weather. However, so far, the tape grips the screens very well so we have experienced no problems.

Easy to install, even if you got it wrong the first time you can easily peel off and do it properly again (which I did).Our windows are the type that open to the inside, either from the bottom or the side, I wouldn't say these are made for it per se, but you can still get the sticky bit with some fine finger work close to the hinges.Haven't gotten a moth SOS call ever since!

Used on a tilt and turn large floor to ceiling aluminium window. Frame is dark grey so would have preferred black velcro strip but other than that it worked well and was pretty sticky. I made sure to clean everything well first and then used methylated spirits to degrease. I started at the top corner on the hinge side and worked my way down and then across to the door opening side keeping everything taut as I went along. Lastly I cut off the excess using a pair of scissors. That's not very neat but as the mesh is black it doesn't show at all.

As stated.. liked it, should of taken more care putting it up. It's still up but I could of used a straight edge as looked wonky going up.One thing I will stress is keep the net away from the tape, till the tape is stuck in place. (or you will find out why yourself).But all in all it's doing as well as they said it would. Been up for 3 weeks no problems even looks good. As the rush I did on it was expecting it to look a bit shabby.
