New to embroidery not used yet but looks and feels good quality.

I'm not sure what I have received but it is NOT calico! It is shiny and feels like a thin and cheap polyester and is not suitable for its intended purpose! I'll find another use for it but it is a shame.

Colour not as advertised much brighter, arrived dirty and has pulls/scags. Very thin, not as expected.

I bought this black fabric to make a lining for a bag. The bag fabric itself would be made from expensive yellow and black cotton batik, hand made in Africa. After cutting out the pattern pieces, there was a strong smell of dye when steam ironing it, so decided to wash it. I am so glad I did, it took multiple washes and rinses to get rid of most of the purple-black dye. This would have ruined the batik. On ironing after washing I found that the pieces had shrank and were too small to fit the pattern pieces of the bag. I did have enough fabric to cut out further pieces, but felt it an unnecessary waste. The fabric itself is medium quality although a fault in the middle of the fabric had a darn over it.It would be helpful if the supplier added a 'Please Pre-Wash' to the fabric.

This is not calico! It is some much processed, thin, tightly woven fabric; more like batiste but I'm not even sure it's cotton, could be polycotton.

I bought this fabric to make shorts and a romper for our little grandson. I love the colour, and it feels like linen. It’s durable, lovely to work with by machine and by hand and the finished items hold their shape. Love it.

Good quality fabric, I've even reordered. I have used it for quilting. comes well packaged, clean and cut straight.
