Works Sometimes
The headset works some days and others it just won’t. Not what I need for my work or personal usage. I wouldn’t recommend.

For people with big heads
This works really well for what I need. They are big and I have them adjusted as small as I can get them. I put my hair up in a messy bun or a hair clip on top of my head and then put the headset on and that helps.

I enjoyed it for about 90 days.
it worked just about 90+ days, then it started disconnecting itself during the meeting.. and that pushed me back in to market to purchase another one..

For work not enjoyment
I got this to use with some online work I do and they work well enough for that purpose. The sound quality is clear enough that I can hear voices well, though not crystal clear, and the volume control is nice. The noise cancellation I found lacking, the instructions are in broken English, and the quality is average at best. For enjoyment I have a set of Bose noise cancelling headphones that are amazing, but of course, cost a lot more, these do the job for utilitarian purposes.

The product did not perform as I had hoped. It without warning just stopped working.I would not recommend this product.
