Quality is very good and received the product in good condition. A simple instrument necessary for every home in order to keep fit.

Product has not been tested by manufacturer or distributor
Terrible spring inside it is so hard . Unless you are a body builder weighing a 100 Kgs you will not be able to use the product. They seem to have copied the original product but the outcome is lousy will give it 30 out of 1000

Very hard spring making it impossible to use
The spring inside the product is very hard and impossible to use. I just do not have the strength to pull the ropes. It is not that I am too weak to use this device - I have a 40 year old Bullworker that continues to work well with a progressive spring rate and resilience. I was trying to replace by rusty and aged Bullworker with the JJ Jonex product but that just doesn't work.
