Q: How accurate is this thermometer, in the experience of users? Is the pre-calibration accurate, and how often does it require re-calibration?

I bought it for my Thanksgiving turkey and it was right on! It was calibrated out of the box and to be honest I'd have to read the instructions to see what to do next. But I was very happy with it. Right out of the box
