This man is a fantastic song writer and this is a good add to anyone's CD collection. All his best material on these discs.

After going to a James Blunt concert a while ago with my wife, I bought all the remaining albums that we hadn't got already, and I was definitely converted. One question does spring to mind though "How do you do a best of album when all your albums contain so many great tracks"!Well, with The Stars Beneath My Feet I think they have done an amazing job, so many great tracks, and all together, it'll save having to decide which album to put on. The album is currently playing as I write this review and it will be played an awful lot.If it weren't for the cold that I have I would be singing all the wrong words very loudly right now ... oh well I can always sing it loudly in my head.If you are a James Blunt fan, I am sure that you will love this CD, if you aren't sure if you are a fan, listen to the album and you probably will be afterwards.

I have been waiting for years for James Blunt to publish a collection of his greatest hits.This is because in each album there are at least 2, 3 songs that deserve to be remembered and finally after more than 15 years of career the collection is out.When you think of James Blunt, it is believed that "You're Beatiful" is the only hit song.Instead, over the years James has released many hits, many ballads whose refrain still echoes in my mind today.I think 1973 and Goodbye My Lover or Bonfire Heart, Postcards, High and Wiseman, all of which are included in this amazing Collection of 24 Songs on 2 CDs.Blunt specializes in composing simple, honest and emotional songs that people can relate to and that make him so popular.Among the hit singles series, the album contains four new songs and four live performances from around the world, including the Glastonbury Festival.Rather than starting the album with You're Beautiful, it appears as the fifth issue of CD1, which I believe highlights some of his other hits that may not be as well known.Monsters, the heartbreaking ballad for his father, follows and proves that a strong melody with good lyrics sung from the heart are truly the best ingredients for a memorable song.Undoubtedly, a Good Collection I have been waiting for for some time.

The media could not be loaded. This clear vinyl is unreal, the quality sounds amazing. Iv been trying to get hold of this album for months now so I was very happy to come across it on Amazon.Very fast delivery as always and came very protected. Iv also been listening to this album for a week straight now, great for the money highly recommended and looks amazing in my collection.

CD came late after missing its original delivery timeline but the outcome more than made up for the anxiety (as unsure it'll reach my country safely especially amidst this pandemic!). Compilations usually disappoint in omission - intentionally or not - of certain key songs and left you the feeling of incompleteness. No such thing here! Every song by James Blunt that matters is here, rendering a very satisfying listening pleasure - James Blunt songs have that aura of touching your senses and feelings emotionally. Quality of the reproduction is good too (presume the Made In Germany labelling means something...). For the price, this double CD album is a worthy buy and deserves a place among your collectibles, regardless if you're a fan or not. Enjoy...
