Had item for two days, or potentially not even 2 days - during normal use, especially when using the rollers there is a constant snapping noise during the rotation. Either a freak manufacturing error or a low quality device. Regardless, it wasn’t dropped or used on anything other than a hand so there is no excuse in my mind.

Cheap rollers being stingy rather than massaging. The pressure pads are weirdly positioned and if you have big hands it’s too small. Also the lights are very annoying if you want to use it while watching a movie. Tried to return it but seller made it quite difficult

I got this because I have begun to get arthritis in my hands and wrists. It is fairly easy to use, and I put it on the highest setting. I have been using it for some weeks and there is a bit of improvement in my fingers. However, it isn't as effective for my wrists and palms. I will continue to use it when I have pain, especially as I craft a lot, so I do need something and this isn't a bad idea. I just get the feeling it's the warmth rather than the massage that's going me good.

This would work well if you had hands the size of children, but an adult's hands will really struggle to fit in this hand massager. I can also say that I don't notice it does much at all, and is very tight to the point of being uncomfortable. I dont recommend.

I ordered it for my mom, I hoped that it might help her severe rheumatoid arthritis. Her fingers can be so painful that it can be hard to write and even drive. It is Amazing at Massaging, Kneading, & Compression of her aching Hands, Wrist, & Finger/Knuckle Joints. Well built and durable.I am impressed with it, have recommended to many friends and family. Outstanding!

I got this product for my mum as she often experiences hand and wrist aches from working as a beauty therapist. We had several trials using different settings in the SPA hand massager, alternating between the finger massager to the palm and wrist. For the sake of testing efficiency, we used the highest intensity setting for all massages and to be honest, my mum (and myself) didn’t notice a drastic difference in pain relief.We felt that there wasn’t much emphasis on the palm and wrist massage and despite using for 20 minutes on both hands (for a week straight daily), there wasn’t a huge difference in pain relief. However, the fingers had a lot more emphasis and I can definiately notice a difference in discomfort relief in this area. As an artist who draws for around 8 hours a day, I am now able to draw for longer and with less breaks thanks to this product, hence the added stars.However, If you are after a product for wrist or palm relief this may not be the most viable purchase. I will say that the machine is easy to get used to and the buttons respond well. It has a fairly low power consumption too and doesn’t make much noise when in operation, especially when using the highest intensity settings.Though with that being said, overall, this is a 3 star product. It needs some improvements but is enjoyable to use when you’re lying down in the evenings, watching a film in bed and need some extra TLC.Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

After finding a foot massager gave new life to my feet, I wondered if I could do something about my hands. This device is different to the foot massager, but it does help with still finger joints and wrists. The benefits are not as great as the foot massager, but it does help. I use it once each day and both hands are much more flexible and less painful. Worth the money in my opinion.
