Farberware 12-c. Nonstick Nonstick Bakeware Muffin Pan, Gray

Bought these to replace a set of Bakers Secret pans that were always a chore to clean when baking corn muffins. These are very nice... I had no idea how nice until I opened the box. Quite sturdy, not flimsy. Cheaper than comparable brands I have never heard of sold in local discount stores, and on Amazon, for that matter. Has a good warranty. No issues with release of muffins, corn muffins. Cleanup is easy... no residue. I wash them by hand in the sink. I don't know how they would fare long term in a dishwasher.

This is my favorite muffin tin I have ever used. With others I have used in the past, even with using non-stick spray food still sticks. This pan is smooth and nothing sticks to it. It washes well by hand (I have not yet put it in the dishwasher). The metal is thick and durable.

Wow! What great muffin pans! I used to shy away from baking muffins because my pans were awful! They are heavy and totally non stick. I used Pam just to be sure though. Honestly, I probably could have turned the pans upside down and they would have come right out. However, the muffins I baked have jam in them and sometimes it oozed onto the side a little so I used a tool for non stick backware to get them out. Can't speak to rust resistance right now but I plan to always hand wash them so this shouldn't be an issue. The size of the muffins is perfect! They baked to a beautiful golden brown. I did have to adjust the receipe. I think 400 degrees is too hot in my oven so I baked them at 375.

Have tried a multitude of non-stick muffin pans through the years & been dissatisfied in some way with all of them. But not this one. It is truly the holy grail of muffin tins! Normal sized holes for regular-sized muffins. Heavy & sturdy; will not bend or warp. And an absolute breeze to clean! If you use muffin liners, all it really takes to clean this is some brief soaking in plain water. The stainless steel has a slippery, almost greasy feel to it, causing baked on food particles to come off with a light touch of the hand or paper towel after soaking, ie no scrubbing required. I haven’t put it in the dishwashing machine so can’t comment on whether it lives up to its “dishwasher safe” label. All other muffin pans I’ve bought rust, even after just one machine washing. But with this pan being so quick & easy to clean by hand, I have no need to place it in the dishwasher. It has made a Farberwsre believer out of me, and I will be seeking out this same brand for future cooking supply needs.

Great value for the money. My muffins always turn out perfect in this pan. It’s durable and easy to clean. I always place it on a cookie sheet before sending it to the oven, it helps with distributing the heat too.

OK chefs, new and seasoned, you can buy several muffin cup bakeware over your baking life time, OR purchase one that will last your baking needs forever. This product is heavy. Meaning that the metal used is thick and will last. The nonstick aspect is perfect and as a tip...use a plastic fork to lift out the muffins. This will avoid any scratches caused by a metal item. Now, everyone has a plastic fork somewhere in your kitchen. ( Stuffed away from those meals to go ). Just remember. You can buy lots of cheaper muffin tins or buy just one Farberware item that will last forever. Just do the math!

Very good quality and performance

Pan is a sturdy quality, seems to heat evenly and cleans with little effort. It is not scratch resistant so be sure to use a silicone spatula for release if you bake without cupcake papers. A good choice if you are replacing an old pan or are a new baker.

Wilton muffin tins are great. They are non stick, a perfect size for regular muffins, and easy to clean.

The best muffin tin I’ve ever owned and I bake so often. Very sturdy. Easiest to clean. I also use it for mini meatloaves and you barely have to wipe it out after. Amazing
