I have super flat feet and these insoles have been my go-to for years. I love that they are heat moldable. You can also easily remove them from one pair of shoes to another (although they are thick, so they don't work in every type of shoe - for example, they work well in athletic shoes but not dress shoes). They are very easy to mold too - takes just a couple of minutes and then you don't have to worry about it again. They do tend to soak up odor so I replace mine when I get a new pair of shoes.

I had a bone spur shaved off my heel and Achilles surgery. It was the worst thing ever and after countless trying on shoes and inserts to try to help my physical therapist recommended this insert and brand. I am over the top amazed at how easy it was to put them in and then put my foot in the shoe so it forms to my foot, everyone has different feet. This insert is so incredible I can actually walk with no pain now still healing after 8 monthly but being able to stand and walk without pain I HiGHLY recommend these and am purchasing more for my other shoes! Thank you to whoever created these!!!

Inserts that work for me. Have several pairs.

I am a runner and a Jazzercise instructor. I teach at least four classes a week and try to run 3 days a week. I am hard on my feet! After my last 10K race, I had a great deal of foot & hip pain. I was on the couch for two days recovering! A customer recommended these Archmolds to me and I ordered them that day. I only bought one pair and put them in my running shoes. The difference was immediately noticeable! No more arch pain when I ran! I can run normal again which has helped with the hip pain. Ready to order another pair for my Jazzercise shoes! They are amazing!
