In our house we use some idea health products and they are all excellent. Very good taste and really work! We recommend.

This is an interesting supplement. It has Biotin, which most hair, nail, and skin supplements have. It actually has quite a high dosage. The price tag isn't bag either. But it has so much more than just Biotin. This thing is a multivitamin within itself You get quite a bit, which is really nice.So why 4 stars? Because they use processed sugar, vegetable oil, and glucose syrup (which is likely sourced from corn but it doesn't indicate). This stuff just isn't good for you. It's crazy to me that companies put it in health supplements. Higher quality supplements use organic/raw cane sugar and/or organic tapioca syrup. If you're going to have sugar, you want quality as not all sugars are created equal.
