WeweyaBarefoot Shoes for Women Minimalist Running Cross Training Shoe

I ordered 5 different types of barefoot minimalist sneakers, including these, to see if any might be of benefit to my severe joint and back pain from a chronic illness I've had for 20 years. I have very finicky feet which don't like being tightly squished into anything, even compression socks are unbearable. These were the first pair I tried, and they're the only pair that actually gave me the support I needed while being comfortably roomy and as flexible as a dance shoe. I was a dancer for 35 years (my chronic health condition took me off the dance floor), and love a good dance shoe.. (*thank you Capezio*). Every other pair I tried were also flexible, but I could literally feel everything I was stepping on, there was zero support, and worst of all, I felt every single step in my back and joints. I don't go totally barefoot,or walk around in sock feet because it hurts. These shoes are barefoot minimalist, and let you feel the surface you're walking on without actually feeling any razor sharp gravel in your nerve endings. I tried walking outside to my car in another pair, and ended up having to tip toe back into the house quickly. These however... I've literally been living in these shoes for the past 3 days. I bought another pair in a different color.. and the only thing I'm apprehensive about, is what that color will actually look like when it gets here. The ones I've just ordered (and am currently wearing) are black... and it's kinda hard to screw that color up too much. Seriously though.. if you suffer from a chronic pain condition (esp if you've had it for years.. I've suffered from mine for over 20 years and I just turned 41) which causes mid to lower back pain, joint pain (hips and knees esp), can't tolerate tight shoes or walking around with little to no support... This is your shoe!!!

I really enjoy these shoes— the color is nice and overall a good shoe. People look at them and often assume that they are “toe shoes” someone even said that they had toe nails which ofc made me feel weird — all of that aside, they are comfortable shoes.

I really like these shoes but there were issues I had. For the pros, they have the roomy toe box, they have removable arch supports, they are very cute, they have reflector tabs for night walking or running, I can get them on and off without untying the shoes. They have soles more like tennis shoes so walking on stones would not be a problem and they look like tennis shoes. The cons are the right shoe pressed the top of my toenail up into the toe box which I did not like. I removed the liner/arch supports which solved that problem but now I don't have arch supports. And another negative is the fabric under the removable arch support liners is a slick fabric almost like satin material which I think could cause my feet to sweat. I am elderly and have no intentions of running or exercising in these. I just ordered them because of bunions and they are perfect for that.

This size 10 1/2 pink barefoot shoe is half a size bigger than I normally order, but I find it to be a good size for my needs. I am a senior and will not be running in these shoes, but hope it’s good for walking as well as the gym. It also takes an orthotic which is something I was looking for. Since I do need a little support. Sure it’s kind of big and bulky, but I’m more interested in comfort. And very comfortable it is. I can wiggle my toes and walk with movement in my foot, barefoot style. So, at first blush, it looks like just the thing for me.

I bought two pairs of these and they are already falling apart where the rubber is glued to the fabric part of the shoe. We usually go with Joomra, but these were similar and less expensive, so I wanted to try this brand. So far, it has been a big mistake. My spouse's pair seems to be holding up. Maybe I just got a lemon.

this color is very bright almost liek it glows which is a bit of getting use to and they look real wide liek I have clown feet. They are comfortable but I feel akward wearing them so they sit in the closet.

Comfortable and perfect for lifting weights

I've seen the "toe" type sneakers before but those had actual, individual "toes" in them, which looked a bit uncomfortable, to me. These new sneakers fit around the toes but not individually, meaning nothing is rubbing between your toes and your socks will fit. Because the soles are like walking on well-armored bare feet, your body is in a natural alignment and the flexing of your foot as you walk is really "positive," with a barefoot kind of contact with the surface you're walking on, giving your feet the contact with the ground and grip you would have when walking barefoot. Another great feature is the mesh on the top of the shoe that gives your foot a super-comfortable fit, like socks feel, while being protective like sneakers should be, and, because I have a hammer toe on my left foot, I don't actually feel any excess pressure on the toe joint like I would in regular sneakers or other hard-toe shoes. That's a big plus for me and will likely have me getting more of these sneakers in other colors (I have the camo). Overall, I'm really pleased with these shoes, and, unlike the other versions of this type of shoe I found on Amazon, there's no reported problem with feeling sharp-ish things, like rocks on the ground, to be translating inside the shoes. The soles are truly protective while very grippy as you walk. Amazing!

Por la anchura del zapato (que debería ser el estándar para no lastimar nuestros pies) este se ve raro. Yo lo utilizo para hacer ejercicio (pesas) y me funciona muy bien para no perder el equilibrio.Le doy 5 estrellas porque cumple su función.
