In the past I had bought these high waisted panties from the Felina website. They have lace at the top and I really like them. They are the Felina brand. Because it is hard to find that type of style with lace, in March I bought 3 boxes of 5 panties each and I put them away in a drawer for the future. The picture on the box looked the same as what I remember the previous boxes looking like. Today I looked in the drawer and noted that the brand I was sent from Felina at $40 a box is Black Bow and sells on Amazon and ebay for half the price. I am out $60. I was overcharged $20 per box. I contacted the company today and sent a picture of the unopened box with the Black Bow Brand. I was told that Black Bow is a sub brand of Felina and because I am past the 30 day return and the items are now on final sale, there is nothing they can do. I just want to warn people to check the Felina merchandise that you get to make sure you are getting the brand that you paid for.Date of experience: March 25, 2024
