Worked perfectly.Note that you have to train it before you put your door back together, otherwise when you use the 'auto up' function it will go all the way up, then come down a few inches leaving a gap.Temporarily connect the Window Control Panel and using the MANUAL setting, roll the window up and stop at the top - then down and stop at the bottom – do this (3) times. Now use the AUTO switch setting to roll the window up. It should go all the way up and stop at the top. If it does, do the auto down and back up 3 times. Then put the door back together once you're comfortable the Auto Up is working properly.

Swapped out the dead motor in a 2003 Lexus LS430 with this little gem. Bolted right up, and after following the 3x up/down training protocol it worked just great. Slightly disappointed because I’d planned this as a two-beer project but was done after only one beer.

Be careful for using this unit on Lexus vehicles.After professional installation on my 2005 Lexus ES330, the window would not close at the full close position by pushing the window button. The window would go up to the top position then down to half position automatically. In order to fully close the window, I have to carefully push the button a little by a little until it is close to the top position without hitting the dead end. If the window hits the dead end, it would move down to half position again.I tried at least two professional facilities trying to fix the issue but was told that this aftermarket unit is incompatible with the sensor in the door. Despite the price is good, I am not pleased at this unit at all. I should have bought the Lexus genuine part instead.

This works for my 2004 Lexus LS430. I would successful with the learning sequence 3 UP-3Down. My passenger window is back and I saved $700 parts and labor.

Had no issues installing this motor. Did the 3 times up 3 times down just like suggested by an earlier reviewer to get the auto up-down feature dialed-in. If installing on an older car like a did, a 2005 ES330, then something like this makes sense over spending multiple 100s for an OEM part.
