Don’t use, bad glue quality…
The glue in the tape is so bad that it rips off your skin while taking it off. People with sensitive skin should not use it at all.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TO USE IT OVER SWEATY SKIN
I primarily bought it because I have a chronic 2nd ATFL tear, but I very much into physical activities like trekking, running. workout and mountaineering.I tried it out today during my evening run and this didnot even last for 2.5 km on my sweaty ankle and leg.PS : I was running with humid conditions in 32 deg centrigrade.

The tape comes off easily and it irritates the skin on my arm.

Useless item. Don’t burn your money
Its a roadside mawali product. Amazon should not promote such products.People will think Amazon is third rate company because the product is fourth rate 👎👎👎
