It's a cable. It's 30 feet. It works. It's rather thick, so you don't have to worry about accidentally breaking it.Only issue I had was that the port I wanted to plug this cable into was slightly recessed, and the silvery bits of this cable were slightly too large. I was able to undo the silvery bit a little (by untwisting it) then shaving down the plastic portions with a razor blade. Fits like a dream now, and everything's running smoothly

I purchased this cable about 2 weeks ago and on one end it fits nice snug, but the other end is really loose and barely stays in my receiver. I know that it is the new cable, because my older shorter cable was nice snug when I plugged it in.There is also a very bad delay with this cable.

I am well pleased with your product. It performs as expected and is of better quality than cables that came with the product I purchased.

Good quality construction product but does not lock as tightly into the female optical receptacle as I would prefer.

Works great, have yet to have a problem with it. I have the cord on the floor with minimal protection in front of a door. Been that way for months and no problems.

Cheaper quality, but just don't crimp it and you'll be fine.
