We can make the world better with small acts of kindness!
This book is such a powerful message that small acts of kindness in our day to day activities make a huge difference in the complete pattern of the world. Debbie Lundberg lives this every day and her chapter on donating her kidney is such an inspiration. I aspire to being kinder everyday with these amazing stories to remind me of the impacts we don’t see.

Living Kindly is a positive movement to change and uplift lives!
Kindness is something that we all seek and are capable of creating. I resonated with this book on a deep level because living kindness and being part of a greater ripple effect is my life's purpose. I have always worked to help others and also respect what Jo Davis shared about doing things through acts of service to a point of burnout. When we have our own internal approval, we no longer seek it from external sources and our cups can constantly be full. Living Kindness is a wonderful collection of essays to help in relateable ways to integrate self care, contribute to larger causes, and lift humanity. Uplifting and positive read with powerful life applications to ponder. Thank you to all who contributed! Love, Trina Gunzel Author/Consultant

A Beautiful Anthology on Kindness
Without a doubt, there is a definite need for more books on this topic. Krystle Mabery's chapter entitled A Kind Journey is rich. Filled with wisdom, it puts the importance of being kind in its proper perspective. Failure to be kind to yourself first, dams up the flow of kindness to others. In example after example, Mabery masterfully illustrates how kindness manifests when we position ourselves to be present to our true purpose, to embrace our unfolding calling and to prioritize self care. After reading this anthology, I am convinced that like me, you will be inspired to discover what self-kindness looks like for you so that you can unleash more kindness in the world around you. Brilliant!
I love this book! It is such a brilliant composition! Jo Davis especially, deeply touched my heart with her story. It’s so honest and authentic and it’s very much similar to my own. Kindness is the way to grow and only if we grow all together we can make a significant difference.

"WHAT A BLESSING"!
What A Blessing! This was such a great read! I really enjoyed the story by Krystal Mabery! I saw myself in so many of the pages! This has given me a different perspective on kindness! I definitely plan on including some of these things into my own thought pattern! I have always considered myself a kind person especially to others! And not realizing how I have not been as kind to myself! Always putting me on the back burner! Time to including myself into my circle of kindness! We need to take care of ourselves first so, that we can be whole to take care of others! I will definitely recommend this book to all of my family and friends!♥️

When life is hard chose Kindness
I would recommend this book. This book puts into perspective the effects kindness can do in the world. I especially enjoyed Francesca Donlans piece on the $10 Kindness club and her teachings. Kindness to be most effective is to put it into an action. Whether it is a smile, gesture or kind act. When life Is hard be kind.

A thought provoking, inspirational and challenging book I'll keep near
This book is a must read for anyone wanting to make a difference to the lives of their fellow humans. The 3 biggest wake ups for me, someone who Hope's they do live kindly were being nice and being kind are not interchangeable, that non judgemental listening is an important component of kindness and... this hit home... you have also to be kind to yourself to be most effective in being kind to others. After around 40 years in health working at all levels in health teams from the most junior to leading large teams I can concur with Neil Shambra Steven's view that teams work at their best where there is a culture of looking out not only for the client but also for each other, taking the strain when someone is struggling and leaning in when you are. I read this in 2 sittings but will be dipping back in frequently for inspiration and validation.
