Unlucky 13

This is a great addition to the series. I am in the process of getting them all. Must read is the women's murder club.

The first one I ordered got lost in shipping and they resent me a new one and it was overnight and in mint condition.

Received the book in good condition and really affordable price

Morales is back and the story continues from the 12th book, and there's a new adventure on a cruise ship with Yuki and her hubby that adds both interesting character development and a new storyline. I enjoyed the book, which is a fast one-day read if you want it to be. A nice wrap to the previous volume, too.

Putting aside the fact that taking a cruise won't now be included in my 'bucket list' and the ending left me wondering, all-in-all it's an enjoyable read. Hopefully the ends will be tied up in a future book. At times, the Brady/Yuki relationship got a tad too mushy for my liking (trembling woman being protected by her hunk when we know Yuki's a killer in the courtroom. Small but mighty). I would suggest that three cases in one book are a bit too much as they weren't gone into deeply enough: quality's always preferable to quantity.Apart from all the above, I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it. Am now reading 15th affair.
