I ordered this a few months ago as a possible band-aid for some aching and stiffness in my hands that has been accumulating over the last few years. It was the type of purchase where I had low to medium expectations. I've purchased foot massagers that feel good on the surface but don't really get to the root cause of the problem. This massager is alot more effective than I expected. It uses a combination of pressure, heat and vibration to work out the stiffness in your knuckles and finger joints. There are mutliple settings and pressure levels to choose from when you start each "session". So far I love it. I leave it charging during the day and then run several sessions on each hand just before bed. I have nodded off while its running on more than one occassion. Its super relaxing and ultimately effective. I don't notice my hands aching during the day like they used to. My key reason for recommending this though is that it is actively getting used rather than just taking up space in a drawer or behind a couch.

Update at the bottom:This was fine for the price, not the best and not the worst - it worked fairly well. The heat feature didn't seem to do much, body heat seemed as strong as the heat feature. That wasn't important to me, so no big deal. Air pressure helped my fingers. If you have large hands, might be a little small but it fits mine well (medium hands).Update:The first one I received worked fine at first, then would not charge anymore. Company customer support reached out to me to see what they could do to made it right. I got a lemon at first, that happens and I don't get too upset about it. If a company stands behind their product, honors the warranty and works with you to correct the issue - I'm ok with that. Guess what, they did exactly that - making it right.So I'm raising the rating to 4 - Very Good.Pros: Good amount of pressure, fairly quiet, long run on battery charge, excellent customer support, charges via USB-C.Cons: first unit died, best for medium or small hands, large hands might be too tight, heat didn't offer much, beeps are loud, wish there were no beeps.So a 4, lots of pros, a few cons but very good overall.

The product works well - it provides a very nice massage (can be almost too much) with heat & vibration. Easy to use, to control, etc.The worst thing about it is that you can not disable the beep. So shrill and loud that it affects neighbor's animals and children.I've been told it is for people with disabilities but that completely negates the wellbeing of small children, those on the spectrum sensitive to such noises, PSD sufferers and those with hearing devices. To them this is hell incarnate.Make the damned beep an option, less shrill, whatever - tell us how to disable the damned thing!But - *IF* you can use it and not care about the beeps, it is a great product, and does more than it advertises.

This is a nice relief for my hands. I have only had it about a week, but so far it's a nice, relaxing hand massager. I like the range of options, so I can control the level of heat and massage. I have recharged after each use (I do both of my hands), and the battery has lasted. I don't know if it will be long time difference, but for daily use, I am liking it.

Had it for a year already and use it many times a day. Built solid, still no damage at all. It gets at your hand, wrist and up your arm a little. I have carpal tunnel and some other unknown pain issues and honestly, not only does it feel great but the long term effects have reduced a lot of the pain I was having. The heat still works too whereas the eye maSSAGER I got (different brand name, not Navatiee) about the same time had the heat go out after a month.I was worried my hands may not fit since the dimensions indicated they may not, but it fits perfect. You do have to be careful to get your hand centered correctly if you are using the strongest pressure. If you have a hangnail and your hand is pushed over to one side while using full pressure, it can hurt a bit heh. But there are 7 pressure settings so if your careful this would never happen.

No problems with the seller or delivery. Unit has plenty of options for mode and intensity. Compression is plenty good. Where it falls short is the battery barely makes it through 30 minutes. The heat is pathetic, and wouldn't consider what it does to be a massage. Spend a couple of dollars more and get a better unit, unless you're just interested in compression.

Love the massager but only draw backs for me is it doesn't have temperature settings and a quick release if you need to get your hand out quickly for what ever reason. Also I only use it on no more than the 4 intensity I wouldn't want to go anymore because it can really hurt with the compression part of it. I wish they had more vibrational settings on it as well but other than that it has really helped my hands because of the carpal tunnel I have from repetitive work and my sore hands from sore / arthritic hands from doing like I have said from doing a repetitive work. I highly recommend it other than that it was a good price and deal and it would ship quickly.
