The bluray's DTS-Master Audio is incredible. The bass is earth shattering! Every other effect is delivered with the full punch. One needs to have a very good home theater for this. Low-end systems might not do justice. The video quality is okay. It's grainy, but it's only by design.

Soy fan del clásico del cine La Guerra de los Mundos de Steven Spielberg y cuando vi que Paramount Pictures la había restaurado en formato 4K Ultra HD la compré de inmediato. Se ve increíble, espectacular, mejor que nunca. Llegó rápido y en perfectas condiciones, el único inconveniente es que ya no traía Slipcover y eso sí es importante para mí como coleccionista

There seems to be a great deal of sniping and attacking of this movie, as if people were expecting something profound and life changing, and not a hollywood blockbuster! D'oh!!!! Hello people, this is a movie about little green men from Mars!!! I for one tend to avoid hollywood summer blockbusters as one does a freshly laid turd on the pavement, but being a sci-fi fan I thought what the hell, it's a Spielberg movie, gotta be better than the likes of Independance day etc....!! if you can leave your expectations at home, and remember this is just a B-Movie with an A++ budget, you will enjoy this! As soon as the action kicks in after the obligatory charachter intro's at the start, it never lets up, I think I left a few finger nails embedded in the armrests of the chair I was sitting in!Great Fx of course, just forget the plot holes and enjoy the ride folks!!!!
