This dress is beautiful. I did buy a hoop skirt for underneath so I would get the full effect. I also had to have it taken up at the hem a bit because it was too long. Additionally, it is a little tight in the shoulder/armpit area of the dress but tolerable. Despite these factors I love this dress. I wore this for Halloween and it was a big hit. I will find other occasions to wear it again for fun!

The media could not be loaded. this is a decent costume. the sleeves are inaccurate though (the sleeves belong to peggy’s dress, not angelica’s) and it’s a little too long. i had to pick up the dress to walk in it. (for reference, i usually fit in a medium so i ordered a medium.) the torso is somewhat baggy and it has to be pinned with a safety pin. i suggest sizing down! <3

This dress worked great for a Hamilton costume (Angelica). Order true to size. I ordered larger than needed and the fit definitely large and I couldn't tighten enough. Also I did need to hem the bottom A LOT as it was very long. For the price - honestly that was a small concession. I have a serger so shortening it was easy enough. I would recommend bustling it if you can. The dress is made of a very silky material and intricate lace. It's good costume quality not actual dress quality but great value for the price. Have fun and definitely order this if you are on the fence.

The left is what I ordered. The right is what came. Hanging behind the received dress is a long dress of the same size. As you can see, the dress that I received is not floor length. A short friend hold it up to herself and it was at her knees. How does this even happen??? Return process in the works! Not worth the money. Fabric is cheap - yes I know it’s a $50- as a theater costumer I buy dresses all the time. This one is terrible!

Beautiful dress

Sizing for the bodice is accurate for the size chart. I should fit in the XL, but ordered a 2x just in case. The sleeves are tiny. They look like they belong on a size small. I'm 6 feet tall and proportioned well. There is zero stretch in the fabric and my forearms barely fit let alone my upper arms. I'll be keeping it since I need it, but I have to cut off the sleeves and alter them. It's definitely costume quality, you'll need to wear something under it.

This dress is amazing!!!It look basically identical. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend perched. Few notes, I am a fanatic of hamilton do I notice lots of things, so basically the dress is probably 2 to 3 inches longer than the floor so it doesnt flow as it does in the musical, the little flap in the middle torso sticks up a little so you can easily just glue it or saftey pin it, the only note to the makers is that the armpits should be a little more stretchy or the most reasonable is to make the armpit holes less big so that it is more flexabke like sleeves used to be like because sleeves no are bigger in armpit region leaving less flexibility, this would help so you can do the work position or just anything like that, the dress in the photo is pinned at the bottom so it is right at my ankles, the photo also doent do the dress justice it is the perfect same material and is the pinker color in darker lighting and the light peach in bright lighting just like the musical, love this dress, will love it foreverrrr
