Similac Pro-Advance with 2’-FL human milk oligosaccharide provides immune support by encouraging immune cells to release protective proteins in amounts more like the breastfed baby. It’s also the first leading infant formula with no artificial growth hormones. Parents reported a reduction in fussiness, gassiness, crying, and spit-up after just 1 day of feeding, and the improvement was maintained while feeding the formula. Our exclusive blend of DHA, Lutein, and Vitamin E is important for helping support baby’s brain and eye development. You can trust Similac, the No.1 brand chosen by moms. Not from human milk. No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from rbST-treated and non-rbST-treated cows. After switching to Similac Pro-Advance. Total US infant formula, all outlets as of 3/31/2018, Nielsen data.

Baby miracle powder
Moms, let go of the guilt and buy this miracle powder that will nourish your baby and help him/her thrive. Don't listen to those other moms that try to passive aggressively shame you. When you're in that restaurant and hunger strikes your baby, take out your go-to miracle powder transporter, poor it into that water filled bottle, look that judgy witch straight in the eye and shake that bottle like you mean it! Sometimes, breastfeeding doesn't work out, so do the next best thing and get this stuff. My baby is on a mixture of this and breast milk since I can't seem to pump enough for him. He has no gas issues and is never fussy. Great product!

In DEFENSE of this formula! Terrific Product!
Ok. I had to stop laughing when I read the "one star" review before I wrote this...YES; this is synthetically derived from the same genome that is present in human milk. Obviously they could not obtain a human beta lactum that would be sustainable in an environment that was not kept under pasteurization. That would require refrigeration, a shorter shelf-life, less viability as amino acids do break down and the efficacy lessens as it is dormant, and not compliant to GMP standards of quality...not to mention the FDA wouldn't approve due to unpredictable environmental changes in climate, and composite changes on a molecular level with the other formulary composites. Scientifically, it is a known fact that bioengineering has brought us so close to nature that we have replicated MANY things that have given us life-longevity, health promotion, and sustainability of a viable shelf life that does not denature from lactophorylation. So they added probiotics; GOOD! Those are natural bacterium, which are normal flora present in the digestive tract. Why is that a bad thing? Oh, because one reviewer doesn't understand the concept of biomedical science relative to glycolysis?Obviously, without any doubt, this is unarguably a huge digestive innovation. Considering the formulas from generations past, we should BE so lucky to provide probiotics at this stage in development. Do your research or consult your child's doctor before listening to anyone that has no background in biochemistry.

Great for on the go trips just substitute nipple
We were given this formula at the hospital & baby seemed comfortable with it. I ordered to supplement breastfeeding. I recommend the formula but not the nipple that comes with it.It’s a fast flowing nipple and my newborn would gulp it down causing him to finish the bottle within minutes . I would end up with a colicky baby and a lot of spit upTo fix this problem I just empty the formula into a dr brown bottle and use an ultra premiee nipple which slows the flow and I have no more spit ups or colic (just the occasional )OrYou can also keep the ring and add an ultra preemie or preemi nipple from dr Browns which fits fine. For on the go you can keep the ring and replace the nipple with a dr browns ultra preemie nipple which fits fine.I’m currently using the similac pro advanced powdered formula to save money. My baby does well on either liquid or powdered but it may be different with others. I still recommend having these in stock for on the go trips. Also if your baby seems to spit up or is very colicky it may be the nipple flow so again I highly recommend a preemie or ultra preemie nipple from dr browns

The seal was broken
The seal was broken. The inner seal wasn't, so we still used it, but both of them should be intact.

No more gas
Since my son started on this brand (switched from Neosure) he has been so much less gassy. He used to have a hard time passing (grunting, straining) but I haven’t noticed any of that since using this brand.

Less Gas = Happy Baby
We've tried many types of similac and all others seemed to make our little one gassy. This formula does not make baby gassy and she is content after eating. She also seems to like the formula of this one better then any of the others we have tried which includes the sensitive formula.

Ordered twice and both broken seals
This is a wonderful product however I am very disappointed that I cannot order through Amazon. This is the second one I’ve ordered and returned because the seal has been broken on both of them when I open the box. Should not feed any formula with any broken seals to an infant. So therefore ordering through Amazon seems to be much more of a hassle. Disappointed because it’s so convenient.

Easy switch from breast milk to formula!
I was nervous when I had to switch my baby from breast milk to formula. She wouldn’t take Enfamil at all, but she took this with no hesitation! No bad reactions or anything! Thank you Similac for making the switch easy, and including the immune support similar to breast milk!
