Q: Have asked multiple times about the warranty policy, customer service has not responded. What is the warranty policy? Very skeptical on this.

One of my cables didn’t work right from the beginning

Q: Who do I need to contact in regards to warranty? All of my charger have quit working in less than a year.

Send a msg to the seller, they told me they have a 1 year warranty

Q: Are the cables compatible with a Samsung J3 V?

If Samsung takes the lightening connector if not you can find adapters to use this cord which would give you more diversity in its use.

Q: How do I contact the menu factor about a warranty? My chords begin to break at the three month mark, & five months after my purchased all 3 are broke

I honestly don’t know. Personally, I’m taking my purchase as a loss. For me, I don’t think it will be worth the time and effort. Which may very well be what this company is hoping for. I do hope you are able to navigate this to satisfaction.
