Surprisingly informative, interesting and enjoyable
Just finished this book and really enjoyed it. I’m a believer in good supplements and natural approaches to healing whenever possible. It’s a joke in my family in that I take a good number of supplements but have maintained my health as I have aged well above average, including avoiding Covid even though I have a lot of exposure to others. I heard about the benefits of taking this kind of clay about a year ago and wanted to know more. This book seems to be the definitive read on the subject and it’s given me that much more comfort to continue the program. I believe readers will find it interesting and worth their time.

An insightful book by a meticulous author
I really like Knishinsky's Prickly Pear Cactus Medicine book, and this book on Healing with Clay provides more of the practical and technical data needed. He seems to have covered all angles. I also started eating clay almost daily as a result of this book

Informative book on a powerful supplement
A fascinating book that has answered many of my questions on clay consumption for health benefits. The author does an excellent job outlining the history of clay and how it should be consumed and added to one's routine to provide a detoxicant and protectant effect.

Knowing everything about Clay
I have the first book, "The Clay Cure" by Ran Knishinsky and found it very interesting. This is his second book, which adds more information. I am a person who wants detail. If you want to know all there is to know about clay, then this is the book for you.

Great Read!
Vast improvement over the 1st edition. I've been eating clay for years and this book taught me many things I didn't know. Because the author is from both the vitamin the pharmaceutical industries, he has a good understanding of how clay works in the body. Buy this book!
