The product itself arrived in perfect conditions. The one thing I disliked the most was Amazon’s shipping and handling. Causing my product to arrive in the time frame it was promised.

First of all, I want to say that I have not had any issues with this scanner. I signed up with Autoauth and I have no issues gaining access to the Security gateway modules on Dodges that are 2018 and up. A person previously posted a negative review about this scanner. He said that he had an oxygen sensor code, but the mechanic said it was a misfire. He stated that the scanner gave him false information. That statement is not true. A misfire will cause Oxygen sensor lean codes in most cases. Unburned oxygen picked by the upstream oxygen sensor. I had the autel 906 version of this scanner before. The screen went out after 4 years. It's a common issue with Autel scanners. Other than that, it is a great scanner for the price.

I liked how it works with my computer to identify and resolve issues. It has already saved me $200.00 to resolve issues that would not seemingly clear.

After purchasing discovered that there was not one module relearn function on software set

It gets 4 stars because it does work with the following caveats: After Year 1 its 300+ per year to keep subscription. Own a 2019 or newer, Ram, Fiat or Chrysler you need another cable (more money) then you will be told you have to disassemble the dash or the radio (2500) to get to the area to plug in your connectors into the Secure Gateway and after that you be told you can use Auto Auth unlocks the gateway but it is another $50 per year AND it doesn't work with this unit.NOWHERE DOES it state any of this in listing from Amazon. Shame on both. In the long run its cheaper to go to dealership when needed.Pros: Once you get access to 12+8 Gateway box - on my 1500 its left of the steering shaft and mildly easy to access, its does perform well for the DIY mechanic.It isn't the money for me it was just the deceit of not stating - warning if you have model 2019 2500 Ram, you will remove the radio and dash panels, and or the subscriptions for the model can cost xxx to xxx. Sly and deceitful isn't good.

I’m a diy guy and this made my life easier with finding issues and correcting as well as bleeding brakes. Great item.

I bought this scanner to maintain my Dodge Journey 2014 and my friend's cars. It can resolve all issues including programming TPMS sensors. So, I think, it was a good deal.I tried it withDodge Journey 2014Ford Fusion 2010Toyota Matrix 2005BMW 3 2015It can read errors in mostly all ECUs.Also, my favorite thing is live parameters, excellent if you need to check proper injector work.

The scanner do what he should do! You can do a lot of things I really like the tool!Plus, the support team and after sale team are super great and they even send you emails to keep you up to date and give you some littles gifts!Thank you!
