Awesome overall
These are not thick at all. They are very thin, however, we haven't had any issues with them. They do not absorb very much, but we haven't had any leaks either when dealing with mishaps while changing. The liquid may roll or absorb up (think like a power towel kind of). Overall, they are pretty good for the price. If the goal is to protect a surface these are adequate.

Cheapest and Best Value
Others were too expensive or low quality. These were priced right and best amount of pads. They are thin and yet very absorbing. Never a leak or run off. Thin enough to pack several in small bag.

Horrible product! Does not absorb
This product is horrible! We bought it for our newborn and we hated it. It does not absorb anything. Our baby sometimes pees while we change her diaper and the pee goes into this pad and then leaks into her pad ….which we dislike very much!!!!Don’t bother buying it if you need something to absorbs pee and prevent leaks into your changing pad!

It does what it says
I like it as it absorbs liquid quickly and is handy when used at public changing stations. It is too thin for my liking and tears easily but I cant complain given the low price. Overall it think this is great product for parents who travel a lot or like going out.

Absorbent and leak proof until they tear
Absorbent and good for traveling but they are NOT durable. If your baby likes to grab stuff with their sharp little claws and kick their legs like they're swimming an Olympic race (as babies do), then these pads will tear almost instantly. I bought these for the lower price but i will go back to the generic blue underpads, which did not tear and held up to multiple uses much better.

Barrier for baby
The person who described these as the material dentists use was the best description. I didn’t need padding but a barrier for between the baby and the changing surface and this will do that. It however is not large enough to cover the whole length of even a young infant so depending on the coverage needs you may be using two pads each time for protection from germs on changing surface. I happened to use one to kneel in grass to protect my jeans and dampness did seep through but no dirt or grass stains and it did not rip or split open. I will get these again for my needs, just don’t expect padding or absorbency.

Neither absorbent nor leak proof
I bought this product and delivery was on time.It is thin as it is told.It is waterproof, I mean if you spill a few drops of water, the water will stay on the sheet. However, it is neither absorbent nor leak proof. It has zero absorbency. Because it is waterproof but not absorbent - when you change your baby's diaper if your baby pees, your baby may start rolling in his/her own pee. And it is not leakproof, so all this pee can flow around the sheet to the surface under. It reminds me of the toilet cover sheets in the offices and public toilets. These toilet covers are definitely not absorbent but provides a waterproof barrier between the surface and your butt - if the toilet cover is wet, you don't feel it right? This product can be used for similar purposes, if you need to change your baby in a fast way somewhere where you are not sure about the hygiene, you may put it on that surface and wish the baby doesn't pee until you put on a new diaper. Good luck!
