Satin Ice Makes products my family with allergies can eat
My family has tree nut, egg, soy and milk allergies. Satin Ice makes products I can use that are allergy free for my family. The fondant is good quality. Fondant is difficult to make right. This comes ready to use. When I have leftovers I let my grandchildren use it Like edible PlayDough.

Not the best, not the worst, but the what you get for the price is better than most!
It rolls out easily and consistently. Taste is acceptable as long as you don't make it too thick. I used to work in a wedding cake shop and this was always one of the easiest fondants to work with.

Moldy....Spoilt
This satin ice fondant I received was runny and moldy. Its spoilt and cannot be used on cakes. Horrible....Mold...Mold. Do not buy from here.

Satin Ice is the industry gold standard, by which all others are judged. It tastes good, rolls easily but is firm enough to form into florals, etc., with a bit of gum added (or check out their gum paste too). Consistent results and coloring.
