Cotton fabric is a nice heavier weight and soft to the touch. The zipper closure is so much better than ties or buttons. I love the pattern! The colors are sharp and the design is "clear"-no blurriness. Color is not gawdy but just bright enough to be striking. I like that the duvet cover and the pillow covers reverse with flowers on one side and stripe on the other. It adds a little fun to the bedding. I am very happy with this purchase. I got matching sheets also!

I was looking for a duvet cover for my king-size down comforter. I also wanted to bring a tropical vibe into my bedroom for the "long Texas winters." This fits the bill and the tropical theme in the winter makes me smile every time I walk into my bedroom. Struggling to find matching curtains, but I'll come up with something. I had previously ordered a set of sheets for this set and may just use those to make curtains. I did have to iron the sheets after washing them. This set is good quality, feels soft, 100% cotton, and I really like the flower and palm pattern. Happy with my purchase.

Used it for three years in college, and never thought about changing the cover set since I bought it. The color is beautiful and I especially loved the green. The only problem is that the duvet cover does not have cords in the middle to tie it more tightly to the duvet, and by the end of the three years, 2 out of the 4 cords at the corner of the duvet set have fallen off. Overall the set is very durable.

I ordered Blue. But it is actually some shade in between light aqua and mint green. I also thought the flowers looked like they had pink in them, but they are more purple. That said, the colors easily blended in with the other bed and decor items I have, so I kept the cover anyway. (See color comparison with a light aqua table lamp and pink rose decor, against my previous quilt of baby blue, baby pink, and light green, as well as my brighter pink curtains.)It is well made, though one of the corner tie ends was accidentally stitched into the seam partway; I was able to carefully cut it, above stitching, and it was still good for tying onto my duvet.Cover has a kind of non shiny silk feeling to it and barely wrinkles, even with all my tossing and turning. (See closeup pic).The cover is very easy to straighten in the morning; just grab duvet top and top seam of cover and shake; repeat on both side seams, and voila, done. (I tuck bottom edge into foot holder of my adjustable bed.)I bought a queen size for my twin xl bed; I like the sides to come just to floor, as this negates the need for a bedskirt and eliminates covers coming off with tossing and turning.I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it.Maybe seller could update their color description and make sure corner tie ends are free from all seams. Otherwise very good product.
